Love this, Adam Graham👏 Breaking goals down has been a game changer for me. It's like tricking your brain into enjoying small wins while keeping your eyes on the prize. Has anyone else felt that buzz when ticking off those mini milestones?

I think question is how long should hard decisions take place and on what cost. If they kill you or it takes evrything until pension age, is it really worth it.?
