If you are asked to give feedback during the recruitment process be it during or after, do yourself a favor and please take that offer seriously. There are some good recruiters out here who really want to create a memorable experience (positive) for their candidates; so candidates you owe it to them and yourself to be candid. Let them know what worked and didn't work so maybe they can do better next time. There are a lot of organizations that don't survey the candidate during or after the recruitment process which is a missed opportunity to connect with the candidate or new hire in some cases from the very beginning.
