"There are no saints without a past, nor sinners without a future." – Pope Francis This powerful muse, offered by former Minister George Yeo, encapsulates the essence of tonight's dialogue about negotiating the difficulties of our developing multipolar world. As we enters into a new era of complexity and uncertainty, Mr Yeo's opinions provide thoughtful direction. He highlighted that the world is rapidly shifting, and we must prepare for unavoidable alterations in international dynamics. At the centre of this, Mr Yeo emphasised the necessity of 'atomic interactions' - treating one another with humility and virtue. Everyone has a history, a story and the hope to progress, and being virtuous allows us to communicate with empathy and understanding in times of uncertainty. As we face the future, the way the cookie crumbles may be unpredictable, but by fostering meaningful connections and embracing values, we can not only adapt to change but thrive in it. #GlobalPerspectives #LeadershipInsights #Thoughtleadership #MultipolarWorld
