We asked you to guess what makes job seekers the MOST excited about applying to a job post. Here were the options: A. Compensation range listed B. Workplace location C. The company's reputation/brand D. Benefits and perks offered by the company 🥁 And the correct answer is...D. Benefits and perks offered by the company! It's true! Based on our recent Applicant Expectations Report, benefits and perks scored the highest by 10% with compensation range following in second place.
