"Be patient with your own failures but impatient with the desire to do great things,” Affirm’s CFO Michael Linford recently told graduates of The University of Texas at Austin. 🎓 Michael delivered the keynote address at the Cockrell School of Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin’s 2024 commencement ceremony, where he touched on his journey to becoming Affirm’s CFO and shared some words of wisdom for the next generation of problem solvers. 💡 "Each individual success and failure present an opportunity for growth,” said Michael. “Celebrate both for what they will do for you. Remember you are never as bad as you feel in your moments of failure, and you're never as good as you feel in your moments of success. The right reaction from both is that you are growing."  Read more about Michael’s advice to graduates here: https://bit.ly/3WH6dos
