Significant funding is so crucial for the diligent work carried out across the country- supporting the hardest hit older people in these challenging times. We are seeing a concerning and unprecedented increase in enquires from older people really worried about their finances and how they will cope paying bills since the removal of the #winterfuelallowance for all pensioners. Our busy team will work with hundreds of older people this winter to check if there is any income maximisation possible in 1-2-1 advice appointments, and supporting people to claim entitlements to benefits such as #pensioncredit
