Kudos to our staff for the achievement !!
AGEISS Wins APEX Award for Publication Excellence AGEISS has won an APEX 2024 Award of Excellence in the Design & Illustration – Art Direction category for graphics created for the Air Force Environmental Workshop that took place in December 2023 in San Antonio, Texas. AGEISS staff designed and produced the color scheme, design theme, logos, overall branding, and materials for the Workshop, an event that was attended in person and virtually by a total of nearly 600 government participants from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and 60+ Air Force installations. The Workshop graphics were used in online materials, save-the-date cards and invitations, name tags, the Whova event application, advertisements, presentation materials, and printed materials to provide cohesive and consistent branding for the event. Our hearts and condolences go out to family and friends of Wesley Dalton. Wesley was employed with AGEISS from 2008 until 2017, when he accepted a government job supporting the Air Force Civil Engineer Center. More importantly, he was an Aggie (Gig ‘Em!). Everyone was a friend to Wesley and when he’d see you he’d get a big smile that lit up his whole face, followed by a warm greeting asking how you and your family were doing. He was known for telling corny jokes, which made them even funnier, and always shared stories about Lesha and their kids with such pride. He was a valued team member and hard worker who approached even the most complicated tasks with positivity. We are sad to say goodbye to our friend and coworker, and thankful for the memories we have of our time with him.
