I share my personal view on GenAI and HR. How we manage Talent through HR is changing rapidly. I am working in HR my entire career and feel lucky to continuously get trained by Tata Consultancy Services on emerging Technologies. I embrace the knowledge, think about the impact on HR and how to transform to a modern HR operating model. The same for #GenAI and the potential benefits it can bring to the HR Operations. I realized that it's not a buzz word. GenAI is becoming a key transformation lever to improve business performance levels related to (1) costs, (2) experience and (3) seamless work (processes). To me it has opened up new perspectives on the Art of Possible within the workplace and HR operations. And yes, we also need to be mindful about managing the (ethical) risks and include these in our discussions. With my visual I share my personal experience and how modernized Technology, like GenAI, directly frees up time leading to productivity gains.

HR Tech Sumit Asia 2024 organized by HR Legends and People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) was a great event, the atmosphere was all about exploring the #possibilities for embracing #Innovation and adaptation of #AI and #Digital #Transformation along with HR best practices.
