An excellent vision. Media imagery creates too many misperceptions. People need to understand and appreciate how physical, emotional and cognitive health are attainable and important to build positive, resilient mindsets. People need to be able to deal positively with any opportunities and challenges that arise in their lives. Currently, many traditional approaches do not provide for this. Media far too often paint pictures and tell stories that are merely artificial creations. What is needed is authenticity that every individual on the planet can relate to. An appreciation of the value that Physical, Emotional and Bain health can provide is the way forward. Well done for highlighting the need to review, reevaluate and reposition the approach to health.

What is so powerful about this vision is that you are empowering people to take agency over the own health journey, by connecting health attainment and maintenance to daily acts of living that are most likely instinctive and free of charge. By reminding us that our health and wellness is our natural birthright rather than some artificial construction. Great vision and congrats - AIA and Stuart A. Spencer.
