We have just released today our Half Year results for 2024, with a remarkable performance delivered: our revenues are up by 7%, our underlying earnings by 4% and our solvency ratio is at the high level of 227%. BNP Paribas has entered into exclusive negotiations with AXA to acquire 100% of AXA Investment Managers, with nearly €850bn in assets under management. This strategic move would include a long-term strategic partnership in Asset Management.   This envisaged acquisition would elevate BNP Paribas to a leading position in the European asset management sector, with combined assets under management totaling €1,500bn.
