Today and tomorrow 120 representatives of the 47 BIPAR member associations from around Europe are gathering in Brussels for BIPAR mid-term meeting.
Speakers from different horizons, European regulators and supervisors, industry representatives and experts will discuss the most recent developments both at EU, global and national level impacting the insurance and financial intermediation sectors. It will also be a great opportunity to exchange information with colleagues from national associations from all around Europe.
These meetings help BIPAR to define its positions and to explain to key decision and opinion makers what the sectors’ needs and concerns are.
Topics on the agenda of these meetings are among others sustainability, competition rules, open insurance, artificial Intelligence, choice of business models, training requirements, digitalization and digital safety, inclusion, diversity and anti-discrimination and obviously the retail investment strategy and its possible consequences for the industry.
