Over 300 employees of AIA Digital+ Malaysia recently gathered at Menara AIA Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, for the #RethinkHealthy Fest. The day revolved around changing how we see health and offered more sustainable ways of approaching wellbeing. The programme included: ✔️ Health checks, eye tests and physio sessions that emphasised preventive and corrective measures for physical wellbeing ✔️ Office ergonomic talk on actionable steps to maintain good posture while working ✔️ Employee Purchase Protection talk on insurance benefits for better financial health ✔️ Fitness games that celebrated joyful exercise and movement ✔️ Health products showcase and fruit giveaways to encourage healthy relationships with food The event encouraged us to renew our commitment and individual unique journeys to #healthierlongerbetterlives 🎉 #reimagineAIA

AIA Digital+ Malaysia Kuala Lumpur employees and colleagues from Cyberjaya recently came together as one big team to celebrate #DiversityDay, highlighting diversity as one of AIA’s strengths. Our diverse and inclusive culture brings together talented people from a range of backgrounds to deliver on our Purpose.
