This meeting has been crucial ensuring the consistency of use cases, requirements, and assumptions with the exercises to be performed in this solution 👏. OLM and LAMBDA have signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) expressing mutual interest in collaborating to enhance our capabilities in the European aerospace ecosystem. The intents are based on the provision of launch services through our infrastructures in central Europe, on-site test & tech-responsiveness for component production to support their engine and launch ambitions, as well as a joint-participation in seeking both national & international funding opportunities. The ultimate goal of this collaboration will seek to provide a reliable and cost-effective space launch services to their end customers. ✈🚀 A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure to join the kick-off meeting of the SESAR ECHO2 Project at the EUROCONTROL HQ in Brussels.   👉 The aim of #ECHO2, the European Concept of Higher Space Operations in Phase 2, is integrating Higher Airspace Operations #HAO into the European aviation network and assess standardization and regulations.   🚀 HyImpulse is collaborating in this second phase providing real-time and simulated data as launch operator. One of the proposed solutions is the creation of a space launch real-time monitoring module for the Network Manager to support air traffic flow during space operations. Ocean-space collaboration for maritime safety and security.🛰️ A new era is in front of us, global maritime safety and security changes every day and today is no different. Seven companies and OPRI launch the Satellite VDES Consortium in Japan: - IHI Corporation,  - MOL Techno-Trade, Ltd.,  - Furuno Electric Co., Ltd.,  - ArkEdge Space Inc.,  - Japan Radio Co., Ltd.,  - Mitsui & Co., Ltd.  and finally the esteemed company we were fortunate enough to have been visited today by, TST Corporation. The Satellite VDES Consortium aims to create a platform to facilitate the commercialization and promotion of Satellite VDES through partnerships between industry, academia, and government. The consortium’s work is expected to enhance Japan’s presence in the international maritime community and to accelerate digital transformation (DX) in the ocean sector. VDES (AIS 2.0) is still rather new, but more and more people are starting to realize the importance and essential benefits of stepping away from the old way of seeing and doing things when it comes to maritime navigation and communication. Here at Danphone A/S we are enthusiastic about being a part of this revolutionary maritime digital transformation.
