Hello Airtel Team, Hope you all doing good after providing frustration to Customers. Again since 9th August 2024 wifi network is not working and everyday same issue with Customer service team and Technician both are just fooling customers. Today is 11th August and I have been asked to wait till tomorrow morning for resolution, as our service hour is getting to close. Is this the service and fake commitment to be given by Customer service and Technician. On 10th August your assigned technician was just pushing the slots without my approval. At last in evening he started arguing by stating that I can't come as already near 6pm. If you want escalate to company you can complain it. Even I am doing multiple followup calls with Customer service team to send technician asap, but after that also I am getting same message that it's evening technician can't visit and slots technician slots are just getting pushed with my concern. This all is happening even after customer service team having discussion with Area incharge or L3 manager. This is the high time now. Last week 5 day wifi was not working and this week 4 day now. Best part is that your Airtel mobile network is also zero due to this can't use Hotspot also. Regards Laxman Valekar

Dear airtel Team Bharti Enterprises, I am appalled by the sheer incompetence and dishonesty of your customer care team. On July 12 or 13, 2024, I requested to change my plan from ₹1199 to ₹699. Your executive assured me this would be done within 30 minutes. I trusted your team, but nothing happened. On July 27, 2024, I discovered that no action had been taken. Feeling utterly deceived, I raised another complaint. Your team promised to investigate and assured me that ₹295 would be waived off my bill as compensation. This adjustment was never reflected in my bill. On August 17, 2024, at 3:30 PM, I raised yet another complaint and was promised that the bill would be rectified within 72 hours. Once again, nothing happened. Today, on August 20, 2024, at 8:30 AM, I raised my concern once more. What should I expect from Airtel – more lies and deception or an actual resolution? airtel Bharti Enterprises - expecting a necessary action against your team.

Reliance too had done its due deligence about 2 years back but decided not to persue . It’s a matter of great pride that Bharti picked up instead as both group have extremes strong fundamentals in telecom and a marriage with this iconic British pride of communications for decades will only yield upwards and onwards . Happy for both Bharti and BT and also because Sunil being from LDH ( Punjab ) would surely make this work like which ever business and geo he has ventured into. This is a momentous day for two great telecom giants and I can only be hugely optimistic for future . Balle Balle hai ji

Airtel being a multinational company, and a very good company with a very strong network, but the way the management is playing with the ground level employees here is very condemnable. In the Meerut zone of UP West, they removed everything from the office to the temple and when I complained, I was fired from the job. Imagine what must have happened here, I have told HR many times but on the contrary we are made to shut up. 7 TSMs working under a single manager have lost their jobs in the last 4 months and the HR department is sitting with its eyes blindfolded. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Fantastic news but this also reminds me one of the post I saw earlier on LinkedIn and I believe all current BT employees who worked in Airtel in the past might be feeling the same now.
