Is Zone 2 training a Fat Burning hack? They claim majority of the calories burned at Zone 2 come from fat as you've still got a consistent supply of oxygen. What is Zone 2? Working out at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate I've been doing it for about 3 months now At least my Apple Watch is telling me I am haha. I sweat more and I'm able to do it for long Especially without running out of breath or fatigue On the weight scale, I've dropped 3 Kgs It's been a hack for me
