The only employer branding game plan you’ll ever need: 1️⃣ Define your employer value proposition in roughly eight words 2️⃣ Showcase your company culture, values, and mission on social media platforms 3️⃣ Engage with your followers consistently and authentically 4️⃣ Create engaging and authentic job descriptions and content 5️⃣ Collect and share employee testimonials and reviews 6️⃣ Monitor your online reputation consistently I know I know, you’re thinking… “It’s not that simple…” And you’re right. It’s not. I’ve done it 10+ times. So it’s easy for me to say. But if you’re starting out… Following these three golden rules will make it 10x easier: ✅ Be consistent and transparent in your communication ✅ Highlight your unique benefits and perks ✅ Encourage your teams to be active on social media Here’s the thing… You CAN build teams for long-term retention. Go get it! Here’s a 10-second breakdown of how I used just one website to help me double the size of a Series A startup in under one year and grow many others. _ I use Built In to showcase the company culture and values and to highlight members of the team as well as members of the leadership team. I also integrate it with the ATS to make it easy to post open roles and receive applications. Built In is also a great place to share general company information like benefits offered, size, funding round, industry, and so on.
