Cambodia. ❓How do you build a learning path for each person in the team/committee during a capacity-sharing session? ❓How do you know the quality and quantity of learning of each person? ❓What feedbacking mechanisms can be employed? 👉Today, the capacity-sharing with Team Cambodia systematically reviewed the values, principles, processes and tools for the community-led issues identification, prioritization, and analyses as well as community-led planning for change -- the very foundation of #CoLMEAL work. 🤔🧐 After re-experiencing these steps, the team reviewed the actual map of change and the action plan of 1 community. 🕺😁 I feel so happy and proud hearing each member of the team discussing confidently about the strengths and weaknesses of the map of change and action plan -- and what could be done about it. It was so different from yesterday's message from the team. 🥂After having the team ended strongly today, I felt that they are ready for tomorrow's next sessions. Stay tuned. #Salanga #communityled #monitoringandevaluation #capacitysharing #localization
