Ruth shares wise words on choosing who to work with: ➡ Trust your gut (not v scientific but it works!) ➡ Can you be a good colleague for this person? Can you be in a strong team with this person and deliver cool stuff together? ➡ Alignment of values - is this person focused on the right things for you and the "how" as well as the "what" (especially important when working with investors - in her case, Private Equity) ➡ Be open to making changes when things aren’t working – run towards what you want and know it will work out
