You can beat 99% of people by: 1) Preparing the night before.   2) Showing up early. 3) Leaving only when the job is done right. 4) Remembering people's names. 5) Following up. 6) Improving one thing each time. It's not about being fancy. Doing the basics every time is what makes you advanced. #alexhormozi #acquisition #sales #salestactic #leadershiptactic

I'll even add in one. Be GENUINE and CARE! 🤝People can sniff out when someone's being genuine🤝 CARE... ❤️Does this even have to go without saying?❤️ Sometimes reminding yourself that they're human as well allows you to take a step back when things may not be going well. CARE about them as a person and ask yourself "why are they feeling x, y, z"

There are times when I show a property I have listed to potential buyers / tenants. If it it doesn’t work for them but they are materially qualified, I ALWAYS try to help them find what they are looking for and turn that into another prospective deal to work on. When I ask why they don’t have a broker? No one ever answers the phone or calls back. And those that do are often looking for an easy sale or they’re disinterested/ too busy. Show up, do the basics at a high level and the results always follow.

Improving one thing each time is the best lesson. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I have seen people rushing into their process of improvement, wishing they would make things better in one day. However, they often end up messing up everything. So one thing at a time 🙏🏻🙏🏻
