Three years in a row we hit the same revenue numbers and I was getting absolutely burnt out. And so was the team. Our positioning was as vague as our financial targets. Our meetings were mostly people just bitching about people. …so we decided to work the EOS system and our agency has completely changed. Revenue is up 300%, clients are larger and staying longer, and the Flock has way more clarity on our values and goals. Definetely not perfect, a ton to work on and sometimes the system can make you over confident. In a smaller scale a Marketing Department can role out the same exact system. In fact our team uses it and we each have weekly KPIs including LinkedIn post quantity, ads deployed, events held, emails sent etc. If your team is stuck don’t do like I did and continue to do the same thing, because that was just insanity. Work with a proven system to get your team aligned and learn a better way to run your department or business. No I was not paid to promote EOS, but maybe I should be. #makinondaysgofromshittytolitty
