🌱🤝🌍 The key to creating a decarbonized future is collaboration and strong partnerships because together, we can accelerate the actions needed to increase global energy efficiency. That is why Alfa Laval and ABB have joined forces to establish the Energy Efficiency Movement (EEM), a non-profit organization focused on energy efficiency and accelerating the implementation of energy-efficient solutions. ✨Recently, representatives from 70 countries from around the world gathered at the International Energy Agency (IEA) 9th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency, held in Nairobi, Kenya. They all had a clear mission - to accelerate energy efficiency investment and technology deployment. Julien Gennetier, Vice President Energy Division, Alfa Laval, was part of our delegation at the conference. Here he shares his view on the developments in energy efficiency and how partnerships are the recipe for success! 🔋💡According to the IEA, we must double the global rate of energy efficiency improvements until 2030 to reach net zero by 2050. The necessary technology to do this is accessible, available, affordable, and ready to use today. Learn more about the Energy Efficiency Movement and join the mission. Together, we can pioneer positive impact! ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dcX8uXtC #AlfaLaval #PioneeringPositiveImpact #EnergyEfficiency #Partnership #SustainableFuture #EEM
