ICYMI, last week I wrote about #digitaltransformation and the critical challenges reported by executives. And solutions that all point to #organizationalculture structures (& a multidimensional change method).
In this episode, we dig into some of the starting points to spark thinking for your unique situation. The episodes are in reverse as part 1 on the critical challenges is being re-recorded due to some really annoying glitches. (Tech is great, eh? 🙄)
Btw, DXDR:bonusbytes will become extra deep dive episodes to a podcast that is in pre-production. So go ahead and sub to the YT channel so you don't miss out.

"The people who write the plan, don't fight the plan."
I have sat in so many meetings where a plan was rolled out to our team and everyone in the room knew that it either wouldn't work, or wouldn't fix the problem it was aiming to solve. And yet, NO ONE hopes to host that meeting. No leader walks in thinking that's what they're doing.
So how can you create a culture of issue processing (i.e. fixing problems) in your culture? Process Triage is my favorite solution so far. In one day, you can create a clear process map for your organization that identifies all the problems that need solving and a project plan for fixing them.
I'd recommend a quick listen to the origin story of Process Triage below - and if you'd like to help your team build the plan together so that they won't fight it, reach out!

This show is all about revealing our vendor-value to customers, while turning lemons into lemonade.
Issues can present a bevy of opportunities to put professional capabilities on full display. This episode encourages us to see issues as a glass half full, and not half empty. Issues are not the end of the road with a customer. Instead, they can be the beginning of building a super highway, of long-term business together. Customers want vendors that can solve problems quickly, independently, and creatively. The next time a problem surfaces, roll up those sleeves, and build trust with professional issue resolution. Cheers!

Why we made it 🤔
Retailer and Supplier Collaboration is a hot topic right now, but the way it is approached today is broken and outdated.
It’s not the responsibility of just sales, just CPFR teams, or just category managers. It’s the responsibility of all supply chain teams to work together to pull the rope in the same direction.
When we looked around for a resource on how to do this, we couldn’t find anything.
So, we made our own.
And if you haven't already done so, check out the 1st episode of CPFR 2.0 👇
