I am referring to manufacturing defect in screw press part of fixation board of safe shield Pureclean toilet seat which is fitted with bidet functionality . The model K-8195IN which I have purchased one year back had always shown irregularity in function as seat always gets dislocated due to failed research development mechanism which should have been taken care of while conceiving such delicate product. Complained about it but yet to hear from company whether it is really a manufacturing defect or it is a mishandled issue by installing agency. Builders Being Typical Builders - Most builders want a quick break-even & move on to the next project. - So, they ignore proper layout and zone planning. - Management takes a backseat if builders are implicit in frauds/scams. This leads to the next point which is, 3. Anchor Stores Breaking Up with Malls :( - Big-name stores draw crowds, not vice-versa. - When they leave, they take foot traffic with them. - Think Zara, H&M, KFC... if they bail, the mall's in trouble. And then the mall is doomed. But is there hope? Can we save them? The only solution is that Builders return → invest more money → undo their mistakes. But let's face it, that's unlikely. So, what's next? Demolition → Reconstruction → Maybe an office block? Perhaps this is the natural order of things? Maybe everything in this world does have to die...
