#DORA has several levels of complexity, but not for all people and not all organisations in scope. 1/ there is a possibility that the organisation's house is in order. After all, in Ireland, CBI issued a guideline and DORA is a stepping stone 2/ there is another possibility that with best effort and 6 months to go, the organisation can't see how it will be able to hand over the required register, never mind being able to protect its data. Those who took GDPR seriously should have a serious foundation for DORA, even if the scope is different, the latter is aligned to some principles of the former. If you panic, no need to. I am sure you can demonstrate that: - adequate governance is in place - policies & procedures are in place - people are trained (from Board level) - IT can demonstrate to the Compliance Officer how they assess the criticality of every asset - the detailed resilence requirements (backup, tests of many natures) are documented and someone checked all was adequate - the penetration tests are about to be tested - nothing will happen if someone unplugs a critical asset by accident - someone can demonstrate how they assess the criticality of every supplier - data processing agreements with relevant suppliers have been amended to be aligned with DORA requirements - nothing will happen when you remove the critical supplier at short notice There is a bit more to it, but this will give you a starting point of what #Bizoneo can help you demonstrate.
