Last Friday, the BCS-Allegient team enjoyed a fantastic #FamilyDay at Nationals Park! We watched an exciting baseball game and were treated to a lively concert by Flo Rida afterward. It was a beautiful evening filled with fun, laughter, and team spirit. Lessons from the Field: Embracing the Fog of War Just wrapped up a touch rugby tournament at MRSM Bentong last weekend. Competing against teams half our age in the blazing sun was intense! We won some, lost some, but learned a lot along the way. One big takeaway was dealing with the "fog of war." As we got tired and the sun beat down, mistakes started creeping in. The mental and physical exhaustion made everything a bit hazy. But despite the challenges, our team stuck together and pushed through. It reminded me how important resilience and adaptability are, whether on the field or at work. Any tips on how to manage the fog of war?
