Israel is committing genocide and our government is helping them do it. In the past 5 months, Israel has killed OVER 13,000 CHILDREN, has orphaned over 30,000 more children, & has made around 1 MILLION CHILDREN homeless during winter. And Israel is still blocking aid to these children, killing them with starvation, dehydration, & disease, in addition to U.S. supplied bombs and ammunition. I also cry for the 36 innocent Israeli children killed on October 7th, but this horrible conflict did NOT start on that day. The proof is the nearly 2300 Palestinian children Israeli soldiers and settlers killed between the year 2000 and October 2023, including 43 children during the 9 months just before October 7th (all names & details documented on BTselem.org). Israel has also imposed a brutal 57 year occupation/apartheid on Palestinians, as well as a brutal blockade of Gaza since 2005. Both are illegal under international law, immoral, and ongoing acts of war. PLEASE WRITE & CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES & the White House to demand they stop helping Israel kill & starve children, commit war crimes, & maintain its brutal & racist apartheid, with our tax dollars. What would you do if someone stole your house and livelihood, killed some of your family, and left the rest of you with nothing to live in the squalor of a refugee camp, where your children were still not safe from Israeli bombs, bullets, and boots? Because that is what Israel did to over 750,000 Palestinians in 1948, over 300,000 in 1967, and over 250,000 since then, and more every year. Most of the families in Gaza owned homes, farms, or shops where Israeli cities and towns now stand, which Israel literally stole from them. Many still even have the keys to their homes, and some homes still stand with Jewish immigrants living in them today. Palestinians have been trying to protest peacefully for decades, but when they do, Israeli soldiers shoot them in the knees, kill them, or at least imprison and beat them. If you don't believe it, please google this 2020 Haaretz article titled: '42 Knees in One Day': Israeli Snipers Open Up About Shooting Gaza Protesters. It describes how IDF snipers would shoot many peaceful protesters in the kneecaps and ankles to cripple them, while shooting and killing many others, including journalists and medics. And if you still believe the lie that Israel has offered Palestinians many generous peace deals that they keep rejecting, please read and share this article: https://lnkd.in/g2_EV6dV Finally, please watch and share this report on how The NY Times article on Oct 7th rapes has fallen apart, joining the disproven 40 beheaded babies lie in the long list of Israeli lied used to justify its ethnic cleansing and genocide in Gaza: https://lnkd.in/g7eRMNr4
Is the day coming when people in uniform refuse to oppress, kill and die serving the interests of the ultra rich? There can be no wars of profit or imperialist genocides without soldiers willing to fight illegal and immoral forever wars that serve no purpose beyond further enriching the already obscenely wealthy war profiteers of our world. What Do The Following Have In Common , Adolph Hitler and Donald Trump 1. All were elected by a minority of eligible voters. 2. All use “Scape Goating Racism And Bigotry” 3. All use “jump start lies” to justify doubt and indoctrinate to result in “faith follower followers “ 4. All Use “Reverse Isolationism” against legal immigration and participation with allies of the United States. 5. All undermine the legal process to “time out” processing by delay and knowingly fraudulent appeals. 6. All impose a “Loyalty Oath” to the leader to gain greater power in or out of elected office. 7. All demand to have “Total Military Command” of armed forces of the United States and “MAD” ( Mutual Assured Destruction) of the entire planet earth. by, Peter Gold Professional Inventor

It shouldn't be an uphill battle for our veterans to access the services they've earned. Streamlining access to support resources isn't just a convenience—it's a moral imperative, honoring their sacrifices with the ease and dignity they deserve. More to follow shortly on this. #VeteransServices #AccessibilityMatters #HonoringOurHeroes #StreamlineSupport #EaseTheProcess #DignityForVeterans #SimplifyAccess #SupportOurTroops

Powerful video and powerful message
A D-Day vet returns to Omaha Beach, Normandy. The sacrifices our military has historically made for global freedom from oppression are indescribable. Honor those sacrifices today by continuing the fight against evil in any way you can. And we can ALL do something. Find an organization doing work you can get behind, and volunteer some time, some blood, sweat, tears, or dollars. It’s going to take us all to maintain liberty and Justice for all - and that means YOU. Don’t waste a second of your freedom with whining and complaining, get up and DO something about the things that break your heart.

“Responsibility” in warfare. The “Code of Conduct for Members of the Armed Forces of United Stares” (something nearly sacred to all US forces), concludes, “I will never forget that I am an American fighting man, responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the United States of America.” Makes clear that individuals are responsible for their actions in war. I have heard many recent arguments, bereft of citations and even some asserting that it is fact, that somehow one’s adversary can be responsible for the actions, effects, and side effects of another warring party’s deeds. This is patently untrue and contained in no principles of war I am familiar with. No matter how egregious the behavior of one’s adversary’s actions, they do not force or even cause your course of action. Adversaries certainly are not responsible for the resulting civilian casualties or warcrimes committed in counter action. Can anyone provide a doctrinal reference to the contrary or treaty signed which would contradict this notion?

Are you going to be in New York City on Friday, March 29? If so, we'd like to invite you to a free screening of the Against All Enemies documentary, which will be followed by a panel discussion including producer and combat journalist Sebastian Junger. Get your free tickets via the link here! About the film: Why would US military veterans take up arms against the country they swore an oath to protect? Through gripping personal perspectives from all sides of this ongoing crisis, Against All Enemies goes deep inside the violent extremist movement in America, alongside the Proud Boys, 3 Percenters, and with never-before-seen footage of the Oath Keepers. These groups, organized and led by highly trained military veterans, pose one of the greatest threats to the United States today. While most veterans are successful in their transition to civilian life, an increasingly radicalized element is drawn to the insurrectionist movement. We saw evidence of this during the January 6 Capitol riots, but the danger goes far beyond a single day. The film explores the historical roots of the insurrectionist cause, its powerful draw for today’s veterans, and the top-cover being provided by highly decorated former military officers and political leaders. Against All Enemies is both a warning about an existential threat to our democracy, and a beacon for those hoping to combat it. https://lnkd.in/eNtk7hfm

Juneteenth On June 19, 1865, Galveston, Texas, held a momentous celebration of freedom. Despite the Civil War's conclusion on April 9, 1865, slavery persisted in various states, with Texas being the final Confederate state to abolish the practice. The 135th US Colored Troops, which included my great-grandfather, played a pivotal role in paving the way for General Sherman's journey to Texas.
