We are looking to hire Regional Sales Manager for our organization.

Job Description
This role will be responsible for generating and driving direct advertising revenues by identifying prospects, building a robust sales pipeline, understanding the brand needs and objectives and effectively communicating with the creative team, preparing and making presentations, negotiating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales efforts in the marketplace, drive business development opportunities to grow, and become one of the preferred partners for all advertisers for their advertising requirements (Display & content).
Acquire new clients and execute retention and growth strategies of the existing client base through individual efforts and efforts of your team to meet the business and revenue target of the company.
Sell display, creative media, and branded content campaigns to top industry brands.
Build a best-in-class team towards achieving performance goals, monitor and evaluate sales performance.
Set revenue targets for the team in conjunction with the business plan, build sales strategy to increase revenues and yield.
Engage with key clients (top brand advertisers) and introduce new client categories and open doors for the sales teams to engage with the clients. Build a robust sales pipeline.
Evaluate the market position of the competition and strengthen our position.
Keep track of all latest content trends across platforms, advancement in tech and innovations in display, social & content production, best practices in branded content, content & digital marketing by actively reading and- participating in forums and- industry- events.
Requirements
Strong Business Acumen: This person should possess strong business drivers and perspectives combined with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (Media & Tech) and commercial skills, and an ability to bring a strategic focus to the revenue/sales, and be capable of adding value to the business.
Worked in digital sales with Strong Client and Advertising agency relationships
Strategic Thinking: Must be well aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Must be hands-on and analytical with the ability to track, measure, and evaluate the financial divisions
Dedication to Excellence: A passion for winning and achieving results beyond expectations, with strong professionalism, integrity, and team collaboration.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Willing and able to establish, build, sustain and share strong, professional relationships with relevant groups both inside and outside his/her business
Highly result-oriented, ready to take challenges, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience
