🌈 Happy Pride Month! 🌈 Alliance Healthcare UK kicked off the celebrations yesterday with a Watch Party of Cencora's Global Pride Celebration. We heard from leaders who spoke about encouraging broader thinking of DEI celebrations, being more curious to learn about each other’s unique differences, and how we can all support our culture of inclusion. We also heard an engaging personal experience from Dame Inga Beale, former Lloyd's of London CEO, who's key message was that cultural change in the workplace can seep out into broader society and make the world a much more accepting and equal place. I had the privilege to be part of this group discussion and i realized that Organizational Culture is like Air to employees. And when it happens to be a fresh Air, people will go the distance. Inclusiveness plays a major role in achieving a positive attitude. People shouldn’t ask “Can I?” before taking part In anything that is already put out for everybody.
