My love, no matter how many times we talk about the issue of having a sound mind, many people still struggle with keeping their thoughts in line and controlling their emotions. Hence, the voice of nature ( V. O.N) must keep hammering it into our ears and minds because a battle lost in the mind is a guaranteed physical loss already, and you don't want to be a constant loser, do you? Your mind must always be right, or else you will lose the fight, and the only way to do this is to think positively and build up your mental toughness always! Nothing good comes easy, so you must be ready to take on any challenges and trials head-on and never yield until you emerge victorious. Being in a personal crisis can also present the perfect opportunity to change your life. It’s a clear message from your soul that it’s time to change certain things in your life. We cannot effect any long-term changes in our lives if we don’t first change ourselves from within. The first step towards change is to create a deeper connection with and within ourselves. Here is how: Sit down in a comfortable position twice a day for 20 minutes. Breath in and out deeply, closing your eyes focusing your attention within and on your bodily sensations without judging them. Allow all emotions to be there and just sit with them and accept them.
