Hey, friends, my husband is seeking an entrepreneurial and energetic person to help him find corporate speaking gigs. And, yes, I mean Scott Freiman the founder of Deconstructing the Music! He is looking for someone to help craft pitches for various audiences, identify speaking opportunities, and make the first contact with conference or booking organizations. No previous experience necessary! This is a commission gig to start. A successful candidate will have a track record of being a self-starter who is energetic, opportunistic and organized. 🎹Music Composer & Producer | Independent Artist | My music loved by Bollywood celebrities | Done 120+ Projects for Films, Ad Jingles, and YouTube originals, and 30+ Projects for myself. || Contact me to make songs📩
I get 3-4 calls per month who says we are making songs but we are not getting return on our money, this business is worst. and I say, you are not earning from it this doesn't mean this business is worst. lots of artists are earning that much amount that you can't even imagine! Music business is best business, the thing is lack of knowledge. That's why I thought if I have that knowledge I should help people by giving them knowledge, How it works. I learnt it in my 7+ years Films and ad jingle production career experience. and also from Books and interviews. who would be interested to take that course if I charge some money in return of that value, I would release in July - August maybe?? Comment if you are interested in it :)

With Pitchfork's absorption into GQ and the recent layoff of half of Bandcamp's employees, the importance of music journalism and its role in the music landscape has been vigorously debated. I've addressed this debate in an article on Tonitruale, where I argue that reading and writing about music remains an essential need and will continue to be so. While some argue that the traditional gatekeeping function of journalists is diminishing in an era where algorithms can recommend music tailored to individual tastes, I firmly contend that algorithms may quantify fan behavior but cannot replicate the dynamic exchange of shared experiences that music communities foster. Are you an artist looking to get in sync? Are you currently looking for placements? In my opinion have to be prepared if you want to get into sync. Make sure you have: 1. All of your agreements if co-writer & producers in place. 2. Make sure you have your meta data embedded into your tracks. 3. Be a one-stop-shop (I think this is so important if you are an indie musician.) 4. Market yourself and build your personal brand. Just like any freelancer or business, no one is gong to know you if you're putting yourself out there and telling the world what you do. 5. Get to know what the people and what they need. I feel lot of artists waste a lot of time pitching music that a music supervisor, library or sync person isn't focused on at that moment. Simply asking can save you a lot of valuable time. #musicians #musicians #musicindustry #filmmaking #musicsupervisor

🎸 I know at least 12 different finger positions (shapes) to play a G chord on a guitar - and there are probably more that I have yet to discover. Each position/shape has a slightly different sound, harmonics, and tonal quality. 🤚 When choosing which shape to use, the main thing I think about is how the music will flow from the preceding and to the subsequent chords, to create a pleasing listening experience. In that sense this is a classic case of "its not what you play, its the way that you play it". You can only do this if you have developed a repertoire to choose from - like I have with my G chords (and also all the other chords!). 🗣️ The same is true of any form of communications - the experience is always better if the participants are listening to the preceding content and choose carefully how to join in or add their perspective, and also create the opportunity for others to join in. 🗣️ In leadership roles, good communication skills are absolutely vital, but for me, its not what you do - its the way that you do it, and therefore its even more important is to have a repertoire that enables you to choose how you communicate in any situation. 🤔 Do you agree? #businessadvice #communication #choice #businessowner
