Chief Human Resources Officer

As I was thinking about this post, I randomly stumbled on this card from my 7 year old daughter. THIS is why I show up each and every day. THIS is why when I hear assumptions made about what someone will or won't do professionally because of kids, elderly parents, lifestyle, etc. I always demand we ask the person instead of making assumptions based on their personal lives. Many have given me chances I never dreamed of and I try my best to pay it forward. I am honored to be a finalist for the Woman of the Year for the Women in Chemicals organization, a group comprised of hundreds of talented individuals working tirelessly to make a difference. Vote here: https://lnkd.in/et9qaVSC Join Women in Chemicals to be part of the industry transformation!
