This is a huge step in my coaching career to be a part of this program and to learn from some of the best coaches in the state of CO at a professional level is a dream come true. This is going to challenge my approach to the game and with players, to think outside the box in terms of organization and strategy, and overall be able to apply my learning and grow. There are so many leadership lessons in this video it's hard to describe them all. Three rules I gave my son 1. to listen ( requires watching, focus, follow through) 2. work hard (apply your self, utilize takeaways from rule number 1, persevere, create good habits) 3. Have fun His little ball team went from last place starting the week to winning a 7 team dbl elimination format play offs!
