The No. 48 Ally Racing Team, driver Alex Bowman and Ally ambassador and former pro football player, Bernard Pollard, took a pit stop from the track to give back to the community ahead of the Ally 400 at Nashville Superspeedway. Alongside Rebuilding Together Nashville, the team participated in a community enrichment day to enhance and revitalize a Nashville resident's home and a nearby neighborhood gathering place. We are bursting with pride over the news that our Chief Information, Data and Digital Officer Sathish Muthukrishnan was named American Banker Innovator of the Year for leading our team in generative AI exploration and execution. It was certainly a team effort to #DoItRight with AI, to be courageous in our pursuit of safe, secure and scalable AI. And there’s more to come! Congratulations Sathish! 🎉

Teaming up with the Atlantic Coast Conference, Ally was proud to host student-athletes from different ACC universities in our Charlotte office for the financial portion of their two-day Career Trek. The programming included a panel discussion + Q&A with ACCN’s Taylor Tannebaum and former student-athletes at Ally who shared their transition from college athletics to the corporate workplace. The afternoon concluded with speed mentoring led by a variety of Ally employees across different departments. It was a great opportunity for the students to learn about early career development and understand valuable skillsets that transfer from athletics to the workplace.

Ally committed $1 million to renovate Merit Park in Detroit through a grant to local nonprofit, Give Merit, Inc., that focuses on inspiring and preparing youth for their futures. “At Ally, we focus on supporting initiatives that inspire a brighter future. Give Merit’s successful approach to college preparation, character development, career exposure and mentorship is reflected in its students’ significantly higher GPAs and SAT scores than their peers.
