First announced by CEO Robert Ford at the Consumer Electronics Show, Lingo is a consumer biowearable that goes beyond traditional fitness trackers by directly monitoring internal body metrics. The Lingo biosensor tracks blood glucose levels and provides personalized insights and coaching via its companion app. This innovative device aims to help users improve their health, retrain their metabolism, and develop healthier eating habits. Airbus recently shared an inside look into BelugaXL, the unique aircraft designed for transporting large sections and parts of aircraft. Based on the A330-200 freighter, each BelugaXL has a payload capacity of 51 tons and a range of 2,200 nautical miles. To put that in perspective, it's as long as two blue whales and as tall as a three-story office block! Like its predecessor, the BelugaXL can operate with a blend of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), supporting Airbus’s goal of increasing SAF use in its internal air operations. By 2027, ATI’s BelugaXL fleet is expected to reach 9,500 flight hours annually, up from the planned 6,500 flight hours in 2024. This development marks a significant step forward in heavy-lifting capabilities and sustainability in the aviation industry.
