Amari Duncan’s Post

Inspiring all girls to be strong, smart and bold.

As an alumni of KIPP, I can attribute so many positive experiences to my time at KTV. From ambassador tours where I perfected the sales pitch (and probably why I work in development today!), to college trips in Atlanta, DC, & Montreal which allowed students to be genuinely excited about going to college, monthly Saturday school (which is probably why I can’t sit still on the weekends) and with a network of teachers, staff and friends that continue to support me to this day. Feeling very honored to join the Board of Trustees and ready to make an impact on our students and families across our network! Thank you Jeffrey Buell for thinking of me and making all the right connections & to John Reilly and Stephanie Valle for your leadership. #KIPPster
