This year, 3/31 is both Easter Sunday and the end of Q1 A day in corporate life filled with deadlines and stress and a holiday celebrating sacrifice and love for others For those who celebrate, 3/31 Easter means: - joy & celebration - sacrifice for others & selflessness 3/31 End of Q1 could mean: - the last day to hit quarterly goals - a day of high stress Whether or not you celebrate Easter, I thought this was an interesting concept to reflect on. A positive mindset is everything. As we close out the quarter, I am focused on: 1) working hard to close out with strong results for my customers and colleagues 2) choosing patience over impatience, choosing to help others even if I “don’t have the time”, and choosing kindness 3) celebrating our wins!!
