We’re committed to delivering on Martin Luther King Jr.'s dream 365 days a year. We do that by giving back to the communities we serve and fostering an inclusive work environment for the #AATeam. We’re also focused on making sure that the next generation knows they have a place in the future of American by creating awareness, access and opportunity for careers in aviation for all. Together, we can build a future where everyone's dreams can take flight.
I am not sure what Dr. King would think of the Division in our country? His whole essence was "bringing people together" -uplifting every single person in Society-Dr. King may have been disappointed if He were around today-His call to Action still needs to be heeded by every person regardless of their skin color-He was a man of stronger Religious beliefs and followed God's words and more importantly God's Actions
AA should be celebrating Captain Sulley’s Miracle on the Hudson.
Dr. King dreamt of EQUALITY, not EXCLUSION. All colors and creeds TOGETHER not SEGREGATED. Microaggression in full force with this post, AAL.
THIS DAY!!! #AmericanAirlines #ExperienciaDeViaje
Dr. King’s dream included economic equality, support of unions, and encouraging workers to strike when corporate greed is holding them back.
Not sure if I was a diversity hire or not. I know I never plagiarized so I’ve got that going for me.
Oops, it looks like you need to go above and beyond this year to realize MLK's dream of equality, given that it has 366 days
Incredible commitment! 🌟
Something not right about this post, just cant put my finger on it.

6moI thought MLK said he wanted his children to NOT be judged by the color of their skin…but by the content of their character? I don’t see much diversity or inclusiveness in these pictures.
