Strength training isn’t bodybuilding. It can be as simple as squats or arm curls while holding soup cans. Experts recommend strength training twice per week. Start with one set of 8-12 repetitions, different muscle groups, and add more weight, sets or reps as you get stronger.

Yes and exercise should be fun it shouldn't be a punishment or something like a chore. Making exercise fun is crucial for your health. You don't need to be a body builder to get good exercise or be healthy. Just exercise normally
