Regarding the National Lotteries Commission most recent media statement a few questions remains. 1. I would assume that all organisations that do not satisfy the compliance/administrative requirements [old, new, site visits etc] of NLC have long been informed that their application has not been successful. There is no earthly reason for noncompliance to pop up so late in the game – especially after the long and varied processes that they have had complete. 2.What did the NLC do with applications since closing of applications in August 2023 and the decision to do site visits in February 2024 3.In Media Statement in April [Video] chairperson indicated that 888 applications had been processed [Feb- April- 2.5 months] – in August [3.5 months] they have only done another 300?  4.Why did it take them so long to realize that they need additional distributing agencies 5.What is the  R616 million good cause funding that has been paid out and how does it differ from aforementioned applications
