From this analysis, ATRI publishes its annual list of the top 100 truck bottlenecks, highlighting the most congested locations for trucks. And while the data generates from freight trucks, the top locations are traffic chokepoints for all vehicles – cars and trucks – traveling through these locations. ATRI's top 100 bottleneck list provides a roadmap for transportation planners and decision-makers to identify where to invest infrastructure dollars for the greatest payoff in reducing congestion. 1moATRI's Top 100 Bottleneck List is a great tool for transportation planners and decision-makers alike and it continues to provide a roadmap of locations that may need some work, or are currently under construction. The time-of-day profiles can also provide great insight for truck route planning. And secretly they help in other ways too.
