My journey at Stellantis has been marked by numerous successes and challenges overcome thanks to an exceptional team. Among the highlights of my adventure, I am particularly proud of the following accomplishments: ✨ Continuous innovation: Implementation of the ADAS mini-view, an innovative feature that remains at the center of discussions, as well as developing head-up display solutions for DS Automobiles DS4 and Opel Astra and the iconic i-cockpits of Peugeot. 🏆 Leadership in design and technology: Development of advanced solutions for cluster and HUD zoning, integrating comprehensive design and software modules. 📈 Complex project management: Participation in the Opel Detox HMI initiatives and working on Stellantis' first centralized HMI architecture, with a strong focus on functional safety, achieving 40 SOP across various projects. 👨🏫 Mentorship and training: Guiding and developing future talents through internship programs and enriching training sessions. ⚡ Responsiveness and efficiency: Executing last-minute rescues to ensure multiple SOP compliance. 💡 Contribution to innovation: Filing 140 patents, reflecting a constant commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. 🚀 Successful launches: Leading infotainment modules to successful deployments in multiple projects. 🔋 Pioneer in electrification: Making significant contributions to the first wave of electric cluster HMI. 🎤 Representation and communication: Presenting the Stellantis group at conferences and participating in the press presentation of the 308. For the near future, I will focus on our baby 'Atlas' and will be in paternity leave 👶, and I hope to squeeze in a Digital Boost in parallel. Following this, I will pursue further executive education in Paris with a focus on deeptech and innovation 🎓. Stellantis' generosity has permitted me for the first time in years to take a leap of faith and do what 'I want' instead of the usual 'needs to be done,' and I'm very excited for the upcoming adventure. I want to thank Régis for this wonderful "Stellantis Pillar" t-shirt 👕. Régis, you are the true pillar of our team, recognized for your technical expertise indeed but you are truly an expert in everything. What a journey the last 1000 days have been! From experiencing historical loss in 2020, we’ve achieved a record operating margin of 7.9% and generated €3bn of free cash flow in 2023!   Today I wanted to express my gratitude to the people of Renault Group for making the #Renaulution a reality. You can all be proud of yourselves! I would also like to thank Renault Group’s board of directors for their support and our shareholders who renewed their trust in me for a second mandate.   When I started the Renaulution 4 years ago, the company was at its lowest point. We started our Resurrection phase by undertaking structural work on performance, while the Renovation was about putting the product at the center of the company. We also announced that we would turn Renault Group into a next-gen automotive company, focused on a team of teams, for 5 specific sports: #EV, #software, #circulareconomy, #mobility services, and #ICE.    Since then, we’ve set Renault Group back where it deserves: at the forefront of innovation. In only one year, we have carved out HORSE and launched Ampere. We've also prepared the best range in 30 years, with 10 launches this year alone, and set up more than 20 partnerships.    But don't count on us to stop here! With our program "Speed of Lightness", we aim to accelerate on a dozen key processes in our company. Thanks to this program, our new Twingo will be developed in 2 years instead of 3 or 4!   I can’t wait to write the next chapter with our bold and passionate teams.   Now, on to the next challenge! There was a time when Rolls Royce cars were exhibited at car shows. Though they were stunning, they seemed absurdly expensive next to the other cars, and this limited their sales. Realizing this, Rolls Royce made a strategic change. They stopped showcasing at car shows and began exhibiting their cars at yacht and plane shows instead. This new setting, surrounded by luxury yachts and planes, instantly elevated the cars' perceived value. Their sales soared as a result. This story illustrates an important lesson about association. Just like Rolls Royce benefited from being next to high-end yachts and planes, the people you stand next to can either uplift you or bring you down. Ask yourself, "Who am I standing next to? Will they increase my value or decrease it?" Be very careful about who you choose to associate with, as they can greatly influence your own worth.
