It’s a challenge to get a meaningful professional experience when you are a student, even when it’s a short-team internship you’re after. A lot of companies aim to hire someone with an impressive academic background and a lot of experience and skills. Sometimes other important factors get overlooked. A lot of these students are hungry for real-life professional experience, they are very motivated and driven. Their internship work often becomes their first life priority and they do it with so much enthusiasm and passion.
