As I watch the Olympics unfold, I’m struck by the powerful connection between the pursuit of athletic greatness and the relentless drive we apply to our personal and professional goals. The men’s 400m finals at the Paris 2024 Olympics served as a perfect example. Quincy Hall, a top contender, found himself trailing behind.
