Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible impact women have across business and beyond, acknowledging our unique perspectives, innovation, and the collaborative environments we foster. In the realm of sales and business leadership, however, the journey toward equality remains ongoing. It’s still too common to enter a room and see a limited representation of women, particularly minority women. This day serves as a reminder of the strides we’ve made and the gaps we must still close. So let’s honor the achievements of women, address these challenges head-on, and commit to creating an equitable environment where all women have the opportunity to lead and inspire. Here’s to empowering women in every sphere, today and every day.

It's vital to get more women on advisory and governing boards to represent diversity. The bottom line isn't just about getting more women in board positions just to tick a box; companies with diversity at the top perform better and we all benefit. It's about recognizing and valuing the contributions of women in leadership roles and opening opportunities for them to excel. https://bit.ly/4aQFlHq #WomeninResearch #MRX #MarketResearch

In honor of Women’s History Month, I want to take a moment to pay it forward by sharing some of the best career advice I received: - Everyone - especially people in under-represented groups - needs both a mentor and a sponsor. A mentor advises you, teaches you, and gives you feedback. A sponsor speaks FOR you when you're not in "the room where it happens," setting you up for opportunities. - Try to find work that you think is interesting (at least a good portion of the time!). This will drive you to keep learning, to go the extra mile to help your clients and your team, and to hold yourself to high standards. Not only will those traits help you stand out to mentors and sponsors, but you'll also have a lot more fun. - Set boundaries that work for you, so you can refuel and re-energize. Boundaries look very different for different people, but no one will do it for you. Remember that part of doing the work well is taking care of yourself. #womenshistorymonth #LifeAtWittKieffer #ImpactfulLeadership
