 🥳 Another AI milestone for Telstra this week – we have officially rolled-out #AskTelstra to all of our frontline employees!   🤖 We built AskTelstra last year with the ambition to harness the power of #genAI to empower our teams to help our customers more quickly and effectively. Our tool helps people to search Telstra's extensive internal knowledge bases quickly and easily to support customer enquiries.   Over the past year, we've conducted various pilots and gathered a wealth of feedback to enhance AskTelstra's capabilities. Had an incredible time at Magenta TechCon 2.0! Hosted by Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs in partnership with Grafana Labs, this event was a deep dive into intelligent observability, featuring cutting-edge advancements in monitoring and alerting. LLM Monitoring with Grafana Stack: Ishan Jain shed light on utilizing Grafana for observability in AI applications. Handling Observability at Scale 👀: Aayush Jain discussed the challenges his team faces managing an extensive system, including 48 AWS accounts, 41 EKS clusters. OneEye Introduction: Aayush Jain presented a streamlined monitoring and alerting framework for the OneX ecosystem. Grafana Demonstration: Ravish Khullar showcased Grafana dashboards, SSO integration with Keycloak, and Victoriametrics. Panel Discussion: Led by Abhishek Srivastava , Gaurav Sharma, Gopal Sharma, and Sandeep Sukhani, the panel delved into current and future trends in observability, touching on cost management, security, and reducing SRE workload.
