One of the most effective question frameworks I've observed: "How are you thinking about x?" Within SaaS sales, x can be a feature set, a part of your prospect's evaluation process, ways to get their boss involved/political aspects of the deal, etc. Asking HOW they're thinking about x prompts them to speak to their thought process, while asking WHAT they're thinking is much more surface-level. If you can understand their thought process, you're enabling yourself to get a clear window to the truth. What question frameworks do you use? #saas #sales

Simply empathising with your readers does not add value.
