Very proud to see this work published: we developed a new technology for high-sensitivity detection of RNA biomarkers in viral diagnostics. It has been a roller coaster journey from the concept validation until testing clinical samples! Congratulations and thanks to all co-authors: Elisabete Silva; Paraskevi Gaki; Fabien FLIEG; Melanie Messmer; Floriane Gucciardi; Yevheniia Markovska; Andreas Reisch; Samira Fafi-Kremer; Sébastien Pfeffer It is out in Small of Wiley as open access: https://lnkd.in/gAHeEmf5 Special tribute to Elisabete Silva, the first author of this paper, for her tremendous work and incredible resilience, Paraskevi Gaki for her important contribution at the first steps of this project, Sébastien Pfeffer and Samira Fafi-Kremer for fruitful collaboration on all viral aspects of this work that brought us to development SARS-Cov-2 RNA testing assay as well as BrightSens Diagnostics for the strong support and collaboration.
