My mother always guided me to do things which matter to me and not how people would think me putting it into action. However, learning is also 'Unlearning' and here comes a training which makes you understand about how would you wish others to percieve you and associate you as a brand.  Afterall, just because you can doesn't mean you should & just because you want doesn't mean you can. It was heart-warming to hang out with 17 curious, excited and ready for growth participants on Tuesday evening for our live Personal Branding Masterclass. So what is Personal Brand? I didn't have to 'teach' this, here is what the participants came sharing their definition of PB: Personal Brand is.... 🌟 What is Uniquely YOU. 🌟 How others perceive you. 🌟 An expression of who you are. 🌟 What you stand for! 🌟 Your strengths & positive abilities. 🌟 How you represent yourself - the inside reflecting outwards 🌟 Sharing your authentic self with your community. 🌟 What you're known for. 🌟 The unique qualities and values of yourself reflected and upheld in your business. How cool is that! So what I did teach and help our participants to learn is: ✔️ What their personal brand is currently. ✔️ What they want it to be. ✔️ How to use this to AMPLIFY their businesses. "Be authentic." These are seen as generic buzzwords for those who don't understand. But there's a very clear difference for those who do. And more importantly, a clear advantage to strengthen their brand. This week we're in Essex to help a company which already ticks many of the 'Authentic' bullets on this list. When I talk to those who are just starting to put together their personal brand, they face 1 of 4 challenges: 𝟭. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲. Solution: Get started. The sooner you start, the sooner you get great at it. We were all beginners a few years ago too. Getting started now makes you a veteran in a short time. 𝟮. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰. Solution: Do it anyway. Those people aren't your customer or client. People will judge us regardless. So why not give them something to really talk about? 𝟯. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀. Solution: Reduce the number of things you're doing. While showing up is important for your personal brand, so is being sensible. You can't run on empty for long. 𝟰. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗜 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, "𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲?" Solution: Answer the question with a quick list of what you've earned and achieved. You'll never completely silence the doubter in your own head, so answer it in a matter-of-fact dot-point form. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱? 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶-𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁. Grab it here> t.ly/EW9vE

School Is Not Scam! Me and one of my big brother was discussing days back. In My big bro words, School is not scam. We only need to have a right motive about the whole thing. When growing up, our environment has a great impact in our thinking and what we do. We only build on what we are expose to. Also, the impact of our parent reflect in us. What we see them do and what we hear them said is part of what made us. Are you following me? In otherword, as a brand, we need to have a right motive about what will do and what we are doing if there will be a positive result. Don't just do what you're doing for doing sake. What to do ↓ - Be mindful of what you're exposing yourself to. - Take note of who you relate with as a brand. - Whatever you find yourself doing, do it with all your heart, invest your time in it.
