🚀 Exciting New Chapter Ahead! 🚀 After 11 years incredible journey at Nintex , which is 25% of my life :). Today marks my last day with the company. I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I’ve had along the way since Nintex 1.0 until now Nintex 4.1. As Nintex has grown drastically, I have grown and innovated together. The challenges we faced and the successes we achieved together have shaped my career and personal development in profound ways. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the CEOs I have had the privilege to work under, in the order of timeline Brett Campbell Brian Cook John F. Burton Eric Johnson Amit Mathradas. Your leadership and vision have been truly inspiring, and I have learned immensely even though each of you has unique style. In particular I want to call out John F. Burton, you taught me the value humbleness, perseverance, how to support people through failure and always put “Partners and Customer” First. Your mentorship has had a profound impact on my personal growth, I will use that principles when I become CEO someday. I also want to express my deep gratitude to my direct report managers, Dan Parker Brian Walshe Maria Zink Mark Richards Christian Lucarelli Keith Payne, from whom I have learned so much. Your guidance and support have been invaluable to my professional growth. Again each one of you has different style of leadership, you are all have shaped my leadership skill up to today A special thanks goes out to all our Nintex Asian customers and partners who have supported me throughout the years. Your trust and partnership have been essential to our success, and I have cherished every interaction and collaboration. Some of you have become friends, and those relationships have been incredibly meaningful to me! Last but not least, I want to thank every single team member in #NintexAsia. Working with such a talented and dedicated team has been a highlight of my career. Your hard work, commitment and camaraderie have been truly inspiring.
