The herd is growing and Commsor 🦕 is hiring an account executive! We're early, and while we have tons of early traction and progress, there are a lot of things we don't know (and things we don't know that we don't know). We don't have a fully baked in playbook right now, but we are closing paying customers. For some sellers that will be scary, but for the right seller for this role, it will be a dream come true. Besides the dinosaurs, I think what makes this role really cool is the chance to be a part of developing our Go-to-Network playbook, figuring it out, and ultimately bringing it to the rest of the sales world. We're not afraid to try weird ideas or experiment and break out of the mould. Roughly 70% of your time will be spent running cycles with inbound leads. You'll be supported by a great top of funnel motion and team in me, Katrine Reddin 🦕, ben regier 🦕 and Rayna van Beuzekom 🦕. 30% of your time will be spent running targeted top of funnel to identify and reach out to ideal accounts. No power dialing, no insane sequences. Intentional, thoughtful outbound with a focus on quality over quantity. You'll report to me, and transparently, I have realized I am not the world's best seller (from a process perspective). I'm an evangelist. I can drive top of funnel, get people excited, get people interested and ultimately get people ready to buy. But when it comes to taking a deal from there all the way to close, that's not my strong suit. And thats where I'm looking for someone to jump in and help us start the transition from pure founder-led sales. What companies are actively hiring sales professionals?

We are hiring!! Here is what you can expect for compensation when you join our team. 💰 80% starting commissions on all sales for new agents. Comp plan goes all the way up to 130% based on earned monthly sales volume. 💰 On average, new agent commission is $800 per sale and most carriers pay within 24-48 hours...direct deposit to your back account! For example, if you did 10 sales per month at 80% commission level you would earn $10,000. Pretty simple. + Get licensed + Get trained + Start earning commissions

It’s tempting to hire a Head of Growth once you get to $1-5M ARR. Things are working, time to grow faster. The catch? You’re often better off with no Head of Growth vs. a mediocre one. A mediocre one will likely slow things down, by focusing on the wrong channels and/or executing poorly. If you can’t find an amazing person, I'd recommend: 1 - The founders running growth. If sales is the primary channel, a founder should manage the pipeline. If ads driven, they should be looking at funnel metrics and calculating paybacks. If the founder aren't marketers, they can learn on the job. 2 - Hire amazing senior ICs, contractors, or agencies to run the top channels. Hire a paid ads specialist who’s managed millions in spend and seen all the edge cases. Find the best outbound email wizard. They’ll be 10x better than a generalist, cheaper and much easier to find. Stick with the above system until $10M ARR and THEN hire your dream Head of Growth. I guarantee you at that point they’ll come knocking 🙂
